A prominent Big Island tour company, Jack’s Tours provided expertly narrated tours and a bevy of ground transportation options for over 52 years for groups trying to make the most of a Big Island vacation stay. Equipped with custom-built tour vehicles and a team of expert guides, Jacks made sure that groups enjoyed the best the Big Island had to offer alongside excellent customer service and unique local insights into the history and culture that makes this place so special. Because many of their tours were centered around showing guests the highlights of the volcano region of the island, they were unable to weather the months long Kilauea eruption that closed the park and much of the volcanically active region.
Jack’s specialized in large tour groups, cruise ship passengers and Japanese language tours. Jack’s was well known for providing excellent tour opportunities for visitors of the Big Island, but that was just one facet of Jack’s Business. The company also helped school groups find affordable transportation to important historical, cultural, and educational sites to better equip the coming generations with the knowledge they need to succeed. In addition, Jack’s Tours welcomed private and group tours to help visitors make the most of their Big Island experience without all the driving and planning.
